Wedding ReceptionReviewed on November 20, 2013From Pottstown, PA

I cannot recommend this band enough. My wife and I hired them for our wedding reception. They were accessible, easy to work with during the planning, and very helpful. As for the performance, they absolutely killed it. All of our guests had a great time, and a month later, when they talk about the reception the first thing they say is how great the band was.

Wedding ReceptionReviewed on May 16, 2013From Wilkes Barre, PA

The Bumper Jacksons really made our wedding day something special. They are incredibly talented, fun, and very easy to work with. All of our family members and friends raved about the band. They worked around what we wanted and fit in perfectly with the schedule and the venue. They even took a special request and played a version of Johnny Cash's "Rose of My Heart" for the processional! It was a detail that I will always hold very dear. Chris and Jess are just phenomenally talented musicians. You will not regret booking them.

The Bumper Jacksons are amazing. They accommodated all our song requests, led a special Contra dance (which required significant patience as our guests were not the most coordinated dancers by the end of the night!) and throughout the entire evening everyone kept coming up to my husband and I to tell us how unique and well-done the music was. I would recommend the Bumper Jacksons to anyone - the only down side is that I wish I lived on the East coast so I could see them play again.

The Bumper Jacksons were a hit at our wedding. Before and during the event they were very professional and easy to work with. I can recommend them without any qualifications.

They were the perfect fit for our 1920's Roaring Speak Easy. The residents of our retirement community thoroughly enjoyed them. I'm sure we will use them again!

One of the first things people said to me after our wedding was, "where did you find such a great band, and where can I see them play again?" The Bumper Jacksons were really integral to setting the mood and feel to every part of our wedding (ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception). They were incredibly accommodating, learning a number of songs for the ceremony, and even going so far as to practice a song with me (the groom) to sing to my bride during the reception. I would highly recommend this delightful group of incredibly talented and versatile musicians to anyone looking to have the most unique and talked about event you have planned to date.

Wedding ReceptionReviewed on July 8, 2013From Saint Michaels, MD

Bumper Jacksons played our backyard wedding in June and it was such a great experience. The music was great and our guests loved them too. BJ were flexible (especially when our parents and wedding party decided to give their toasts an hour early)! Overall, they were great to work with and the music was a great addition to our event. We highly recommend them!

We booked the Bumper Jacksons to play our ceremony, cocktail hour, and wedding reception - all parts done with equal skill and enthusiasm. They are incredibly talented and the guests loved them; everyone was dancing and entertained all night. They are a great alternative to a traditional wedding band - they play mostly their own music but they were game for our requests that ranged in genre from folk to jazz to oldies. An extra benefit for us was that they were very easy to book and work with as we planned our wedding. For the level of talent you're getting, they are an absolute steal and highly recommended.
