"FANTASTIC BAND"--Wendy Snyder of WGN radio 720 AM and The Loop 97.9 FM The majority of our shows are weddings, corporate private events and festivals. We understand pressure-filled situations and come through every time. We have performed with and for a number of notable celebrities and professional athletes and have a number of high end clients such as The Chicago White Sox, Shedd Aquarium, and Foresight Meetings. We encourage requests and want our clients to have a direct say in what music is chosen for their events. We have females in prominent roles onstage. We offer an acoustic alternative of our band in case you have smaller space or budget requirements. We are family-friendly and do not perform songs with explicit language. We have an interactive fun stage show with 80s attire and stage props. We offer an 80s karaoke option as well as a DJ option. We DJ on all breaks so there is never dead air or a lag in energy at your event. We carry liability insurance! We have hundreds of dance songs from other decades available as well, if you want more than 80s. We are serious professionals dedicated to making your event a success. We believe that we offer the most bang for your buck by having singers who play multiple instruments onstage. We perform all vocals and music LIVE and do not use any pre-recorded tracks. Unfortunately, many 80s bands are simply lip syncing onstage and fake mime playing. WE believe that this trend is simply unacceptable and is completely unprofessional. One of our prime features is that we always carry multiple vocalists/instrumentalists at every show. In the days of COVID, it is so important to hire a band that has backup if any of the members get sick. We have never canceled a show and we hope to never have to. Because we have a big band of over 14 people with horns upon request, we always have highly trained members of the band available. A bunch of our competitors only carry one singer onstage, which dramatically runs the risk of them cancelling your event if that person gets sick or runs into an emergency.
