Solace Trio were fantastic at our Yosemite wedding. The music sounded great, they were very flexible with requests, learnt one of our favourite songs especially for the day, and they were on time and played a gruelling day of music.
I would highly recommend these guys to anybody who is interested in a folksy/acoustic/alternative band.

These guys were awesome. They performed at my wedding last weekend and among our guests (and my husband) there wasn't a dry eye to be found. Big white dress + beautiful strings = a lot of happy tears!
From the moment I contacted them I was immediately excited to have them at the wedding. Their repertoire was extensive (filled with songs I love) and they were so helpful in finding the right song for our bridal party to walk down to.
If you are looking for a beautiful sound for your event look no further :)

I cannot say enough about these guys. Everything about them is perfect. First off, they are super talented. Their music is incredibly beautiful and rich with emotion. The wedding was in a wooded/garden setting and Solace Trio's music was absolutely perfect. Tim, Josh, and Joey are very friendly guys, completely respectful of the occasion and willing to do everything they can to make it perfect. We booked Solace Trio to perform at our ceremony. Their music carried out through the park, beautifully. As I walk towards to park to get into position before walking down the aisle, I can hear this sweet violin and it put me in relaxing mood! My guest loved the music. I wish I was a guest at my wedding so I can listen more!
They came dressed to impressed and blended well with our theme. They were quick at responding to emails. They were very professional. They left the wedding without disruption to anything that was going on...I didn't even get to thank them in person!

What a pleasure working with these guys! No hassle, no issues. It seemed like they were more than accommodating with music selection. My now wife and I really didn't care all that much with the exact song to play (even though we love music). These guys made it so much easier on us by doing their own thing and picking the songs. Not to mention even with the pacific wind howling through the palace of fine arts, and no amplification allowed, they still sounded great. Thank you so much! Wes & Laura

We booked Soalce Trio for our outdoor wedding at Golden Gate Park's Tulip Garden. We chose them based on their ability to take our favorite types of music--classic, indie, beach rock songs--and convert them into string music. The band met with me once and took my song list. They provided me feedback on which songs they could do which was roughly 2/3's of my overall selections. Dealing with the band leading up to the wedding was easy--they are professional. During the wedding, they were outstanding. Many guests asked me where I found this awesome Trio and commented that they were great. They set the exact tone we wanted for our wedding.

These guys are extremely nice, very very talented and super easy to work with. We fell in love with them the moment we met them. They listened to everything my wife asked for an accommodated all our customer requests. The day of the event they were our one vendor that did not raise concerns about the weather (outdoor wedding in the rain!) and instead brought their own tent, in fact, the other vendor used their tent to film.
I highly recommend The Solace Trio and will be using them again for future events.
