I have to say that I was very happy that I hired Jeff for my event. Jeff was early, professional, set up shop and played for hours with a great variety of song choices. Since our event was spread around a large area, it was fun to hear Jeff's singing as I went from one area to another in the afternoon. He certainly kept the crowd entertained and relaxed... I would definitely hire Jeff again!

Jeff was great. He played before, during and after the wedding. We moved him around quite a bit and he was super accomodating. I loved his style of music and his voice. We were very pleased with Jeff and would use him again.

Jeff was flexible and responsive in the lead up to our wedding. On the day, he was prompt and professional and did an absolutely perfect job executing on our requests. We decided to use Jeff as we needed him to learn a song for the ceremony and he agreed. We sent him sheet music in November and he said "would be glad to perform." The request was very clear. When we asked him to play the song during the cocktail hour, he told us that he didn't learn the song and actually couldn't read sheet music. Then proceeded to blame us for not giving enough time to prep, saying he needed a few months. Again, we made this request in November, 6 months in advance. It was disappointing. Then after reaching out to Jeff after, he claimed to fulfill the request, even though he only learned 5 seconds of the song. Other music that he knew was fine.

The request that the client made was for a piece of instrumental music to be played during the bridal processional. The bridal processional lasted approximately 30-45 seconds. I performed a segment of the requested song for the bridal processional as requested. Just before the wedding date (after the established deadline for making music requests), the client requested that the entire instrumental piece be played during the cocktail hour. I was unable to fulfill that request.
