Rocco was on time (early!) with everything he needed and was asked to bring. The children and adults were all very excited and happy to see the man on stilts handing out balloons! He was dressed and acted appropriately to children and adults alike. we will definitely book Rocco again! the communication before the event, booking process were very easy and professional!
