The Honeymeads Americana Band from Charleston, SC

The Honeymeads are an Americana duo that perform covers and originals on guitar, fiddle and vocals. Having played in bands together before, Dennis and Ellie formed The Honeymeads during quarantine. What started as concerts from the living room is now an official duo venturing out to play weddings, events, and music venues around town. The Honeymeads have played at venues around Charleston like The Pour House, Seanachai and The Tattooed Moose. The combination of Dennis Ware’s guitar and vocals with Ellie Jos’s fiddle and harmonies make for an Americana duo that brings you original music and covers of tunes from artists like Gillian Welch, John Prine, Neil Young and Mandolin Orange.
