To drink, or not to drink? That is often the question at corporate functions. In the summer months, when picnics and office parties are in abundance, this dilemma only seems to grow. Sure, you can play it safe with soda, but where’s the excitement in that?

That’s why we asked Russell Davis, master mixologist of Spike TV’s Bar Rescue and winner of Nightclub & Bar’s 2012 Bartender of the Year, to lend us his expertise in crafting cool, but corporate friendly drinks.

Try this delicious “mock-tail” for all of the fun, minus the alcohol:

This non-alcoholic soda fountain drink is making a comeback, predicts the mixologist expert. What is acid phosphate? It's actually a (completely edible!) diluted acid, with about the same acidity level as fresh lime juice. The dry, tart liquid was a staple at old-fashioned soda shops. It's flavor adds a "wow" factor that Russell ensures will win the attention of any crowd!
