Fall means back to school for the kids and busier schedules for the family - but that doesn’t mean that the fun has to stop! Get ready for the crisp air, sweatshirts, bonfires, foliage, and start planning for some great fall parties.
We put together a list of a few easy backyard fall party ideas for the whole family to help you make the most of these next few magical months:
Tailgating Party – Whether or not you love football, just about everyone can find common ground at a tailgate. Who doesn’t love food, friends & fun? It’s easy to capture the gameday spirit from your own backyard. Set up some tv screens for the adults and some yard games for the kids! A food truck can also help bring in the tailgate atmosphere. Don’t forget to have everyone wear their favorite teams’ colors!
Backyard Bonfire - It’s the perfect fall event! Cozy up with family and friends and enjoy a night around the fire. Play some music for ambiance and set up a s’mores bar for a sweet treat! Life size games such a jenga or tic tac toe are fun for all ages. Have guests bring their own blanket and set up some hay bales for seating!
Friendsgiving - Who says Friendsgiving is just for adults? Book some hayrides and set up a table for decorating pumpkins for the kids. Make sure to have the traditional Thanksgiving foods (think appetizer style!) and create a caramel apple bar. This is also a great time to have the kids share what their thankful for with their friends. Don’t forget the DIY pilgrim and indian hats.
Remember, no matter what kind of party you throw – every event goes better with live entertainment. Happy fall!
