Let’s start off this week’s party inspiration with this adorable Jungalow Bungalow Baby Shower from Pizzazzerie. This party is colorful, cheerful and a great way to celebrate a brand new bundle of joy. The cute baby animal theme starts with gorgeous invitations and continues with sweet décor. This party took place in a restaurant, and I really like the practical ways they tied the theme into the party setting. For example, the cute baby animal napkins and wraps used for utensils really add a nice touch to each place setting. The handmade pennants are really beautiful and the simple centerpieces, (bud vases with bright yellow flowers), really add an understated elegance.

The party theme was even carried through to the shower game – guests received a card where they had to identify the name of certain baby animals. Such a fun idea! A baby shower like this could also be held outdoors, just remember to rent a party tent in case the weather does not cooperate.

This next party is unique, as it celebrates two big childhood milestones with one stylish celebration. This Little Guy In A Tie Baby’s First Birthday and Baptism from The Creative Party Place shows that you can tastefully combine two parties in one and make it a stunning affair. The color scheme (yellow, gray, and orange) isn’t a combination you see very often, but everything really works well together. The fanned pom backdrop with all the different colors looks amazing. This DIY backdrop really creates a dramatic (and affordable) focal point for the dessert/snack table.

The tables for party guests were set up with gray and yellow runners on top of white tablecloths. The layering looks great and very inviting. Everything about the styling for this party is wonderful and I really love the idea of celebrating both a first birthday and baptism with one gorgeous gathering. Don't forget, when hosting a wonderful event like this, it’s always a good idea to hire an event photographer so you don’t miss any of the amazing moments.

When it comes to boy birthday party themes, this Planes, Trains and Automobiles 2nd Birthday Party from Grey Grey Designs is as cute as they come. Most little boys like everything that goes “vroom,” which makes this party perfect for any little fella. Bold colors, polka dots and precious printables make this a fabulous party design find. The dessert table for this party is full of adorable goodies like “car tires” (actually chocolate donettes), and “choo choo chocolate pops.” All of the yummy treats are labeled with coordinating printed tags. Custom plane, train and car cupcake toppers help to also add some fun decoration to these scrumptious desserts.

The favor table or “baggage claim,” is really something special. Favors included little conductor hats and train whistles. The whistles were tied with an adorable “thank you” party tag that matched the rest of the themed printables. I am in awe of the complete coordination of all of the design elements included in this party. So many clever ideas!
