The guys played our school rock concert fundraiser and rocked the house! They were super cool when a rogue ice cream truck gave out free ice cream and lured most of their audience away. They just rocked harder and brought crazy awesome energy to the whole event! Brentwood Elementary thanks you for making this our best rock fundraiser to date!!

We hired Detroit Steel to play for my husband's 50th birthday party - they were incredible!!! Nice, accommodating, fun, professional and the music was EPIC!! I would recommend them to anyone ready to have a great night with awesome tunes. The band took requests, played dance music, older music, current songs - all in all a BLAST.

We pulled together an 80's theme group high school graduation party for our sons in 3 weeks. Gigmaster.com helped us find Detroit Steel. The website made it easy to identify the date, budget, and hear the band's music. Detroit Steel was amazing with our crowd, extremely talented, easy to work with, professional, and showed up early. They set up and checked the sound, so everything was perfect for our event. They played hit after hit to a crowd of 150 students that didn't sit down once for 2 hours. The band had them rockin' and dancing the whole time! The vocals are amazing, as are the guitar, keyboard, and drums. I highly recommend this band for any event. Fantastic!

Wow! There aren't enough words of praise to give this band. They Made my wedding! This isn't your typical wedding band. They are a true, highly talented rock band that has the energy, personality and enthusiasm to take your event to the next level! They know how to work a crowd and get everyone on the dance floor. Did I mention how awesome they are? Working with Peyton was incredible also. He was always available to talk things out. He understood my deep love for Led Zepp and he did not let me down. Hiring Detroit Steel was probably one of the best decisions I made when planning my wedding. Not only did they sound amazing, but they also traveled several hours to reach my venue, and also learned three songs for us. They had everyone out dancing, and enjoying themselves. If I ever need another band in the future, I will for sure hire them again!

Excellent band! So glad we had them at our wedding. Catered to the vibe of the party and put on a fantastic show. I loved that they learned Van Morrison's Tupelo Honey for the father-daughter dance. Received so many compliments from our guests regarding how excellent the band was. Detroit Steel was absolutely awesome! They kept the dance floor packed, took requests from our guests and even kept their cool when a few of our over-served friends decided to join them on stage.
We were not able to see the band live in advance since we were planning from out of town, but they exceeded our expectations on our wedding night! "Who is this band? They are amazing!" was the most asked question of the night. The lighting that they brought in was an added bonus!
Very professional throughout the planning process and superb talent in the band! I highly recommend them for any event!

We hired DS to play during night 2 of our 3 day wedding wked & let me tell you…this was a highlight of the entire weekend for us and every guest!!! Yes, their music is amazing! Yes, they very talented (and did I mention FUN?). Yes, they know how to get a crowd going. Beyond that, Peyton, my main contact and lead singer extraordinaire, was great to work with - timely in his communications & accommodating of my special requests, he made this part of the wedding planning process a breeze!

Detroit steel far exceeded our expectations! Our guest loved the music and said it was by far the best wedding they had been to due to Detroit steel! They really got the crowd involved which was something my husband and I really wanted. They went out of their way to accommodate every request and were wonderful at communicating from the start of process to the end. They even learned new songs that my husband and I wanted played that we're special to us. They had high energy! Peyton really made us feel special like he knew us forever like we were family. Peyton and the guys put on a GREAT show at our wedding reception that had everybody moving. Our wedding guests were a diverse bunch, but Detroit Steel's playlist, with a wide range of genres, kept everybody happy. Almost as important as the performance itself, the responsiveness and planning leading up to the wedding was perfect. Peyton went above and beyond to be sure that their performance was exactly what we wanted. Out of all the vendors we dealt with, Detroit Steel was the easiest to get a hold of and work with. I would absolutely recommend them for weddings, or any other event!

"Detroit Steel was outstanding from start to finish! I booked them for a very large conference at the Renaissance Austin Hotel where 1500 people attended. They put on a truly amazing show! We danced all night and the only downside was that it had to end! I highly recommend them and I know you will not be disappointed when you do! "

Peyton and the guys were absolutely amazing!! I knew they would be pretty good from the videos they sent, but we were all blown away by how great they sounded live. Everyone at the wedding kept telling us how great the band was and that it was the most fun they ever had at a reception. The dance floor was packed the whole night with guests dancing and jumping around. Detroit Steel's interaction with the crowd was a major factor for keeping everyone on the dance floor. They kept coming out into the crowd letting people sing along with them and they fed off of the crowd really well. You could not possibly be disappointed if you pick them to play at your event.
