First and foremost, Michael was a gentleman, very professional yet showing great compassion for the grieving family. His attire was very appropriate, and loved by the way. His playing was superb and touched so very many hearts of the 250 people that were present. He "nailed" it in every category and when future events come, we will call on his talents that spoke so highly of his character. We thank him from the bottom of our hearts.

We can't say enough good things about Mr. Lancaster! Ours was a sad event - my mother's funeral - and he was very patient and kind with my planning process and when the day came put everyone at ease with his personal style and grace. And that's not even mentioning the music which was just beautiful and perfect. Mr. Lancaster played bagpipes for us and guitar a luncheon following the Mass and chose terrific music. We will not soon forget the energy and warmth he helped create for the special occasion. Everyone complimented him, and I would love to hire him again! Although hopefully not for another funeral anytime soon. ;) Thank you Michael!

Michael was thoroughly helpful during the planning process. He played bagpipes for guest arrival and escort down to the ceremony site. He then played guitar during dinner and he was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Contacting him was a little awkward at first as this is the first time I have used Gigmasters. But he has been very good to work with. My first lesson isn't untill the 22nd so I'm curious to see who this will work but taking lessons on line should save me hours of travel time not to mention the fuel expense.
