The Happymon Band was everything the Gigmaster's website said they would be and more. The band showed up early in the afternoon to set up, decorated the tent, had props for the audience and their songs were fantastic! Ours guests thought Richard Hall sounded just like Jimmy Buffet! The band really set the mood for the whole party and everyone enjoyed themselves tremendously. In fact, our guests are all asking for a yearly encore! I would recommend the Happymon Band to anyone looking to have an upbeat, fun bash. That is exactly what we had!

The band was incredibly accommodating. The moment I booked, they called to make sure they understood everything that was needed for the gig. They drove 384 miles each way, arrived in town the day before to make sure they would be on time, were done with setup an hour before the event, brought their own tent in case of rain ... logistics-wise you couldn't ask for anything more. Soundwise, they're great. If you can't have Jimmy Buffet come to your party in person, this is definitely second best. Genre-wise, if they are not playing Jimmy, they are heading towards Beach Boys, etc. In other words, expect beaches more than calypso and reggae.

The initial "Island Music" band I hired cancelled on us due to health problems. I found The Happymon Band on the Internet. From the start, dealing with them was smooth, and a pleasure. From booking, to the performance. And when it came to the performance, the band was absolutely terrific. Great musicians, great sound, great music selection, and alot of fun. I hope to hire the band again next year, and would recommend them to anyone.

Besides being great musicians, each band member was very accomdating to us. We would highly recommend Happymon band to those booking them in the future! In fact, we expect to book them again for another event.

Very Professional - Great Sound!

They were absolutely wonderful. The music was a great variety and they sounded fantastic. I would definately hire them again. In fact, we have this party every year, and I would love for them to come back!!!!!!

The special decorations they brought added to the island feel we were hoping for. The music was good but too loud. After a number of request to lower the volume, we still had patrons leaving due to the sound levels.

Our client was no more frustrated than the band. This was a beautiful venue, an old opera house that was not built for amplified equipment. The HappyMon sound company always uses sound meters to assure nothing gets louder than 90 disciples. We could not achieve anything acceptable without sound absorbing panels which we didn’t have on the truck.

The band performed at a fundraiser for our school on the 1st of March and people are still complimenting the band when they talk about the evening. They have a wonderful sound system, extensive staging and equipment and a high degree of professionalism. I would recommend them highly. A number of people who attended on the 1st are considering hiring in the future for various venues.
