Karen Wrege has more than 20 years' experience calling benefit auctions and conducting paddle and electronic fundraising at events. She has raised millions of dollars (through the generosity of others) for non-profit organizations throughout the Washington, DC area. Ms. Wrege has vast experience fundraising for a variety of organizations including research hospitals, local schools, after school programs, scholarship funds, second chance housing organizations, and international relief organizations. This year, she raised over $200,000 in 90 seconds during the paddle raise at the annual Dollars for Scholars Auction at Sidwell Friends in Washington, DC and raised $105,000 for a single item in a recent auction that supported City of Hope, a cancer treatment and research hospital headquartered in Los Angeles County, CA.
