Garrett McKenzie Bagpiper from Gainesville, VA

Garrett McKenzie has been playing the pipes for more than 19 years and has received instruction from many quality pipers. He has performed and competed both as a solo piper and with several high-quality bands, including the Washington DC Regional Police Pipe Band, the Police Pipes and Drums of Bergen County New Jersey, and the City Atlanta Pipe Band. As a retired FBI Special Agent and US Marine, he has traveled the world with his pipes and has had the honor of piping for memorial services and other events in places as diverse as Iraq and Tonga. At home, he has piped for weddings in churches large and small and funerals ranging from the hallowed grounds of Arlington National Cemetery to small family cemeteries in isolated woods.
