Ian has over 15 years of experience in piping and teaching bagpipes. For several years, Ian has imersed himself in the fulltime profession of bagpiping, playing at weddings, funerals, memorials, corporate events, and private events, among others. Prior to moving to Rapid City, South Dakota, Ian was a student of Pipe Major Don Shannon of the North Texas Caledonian Pipes and Drums. Ian has had the opportunity to perform with the Cheiftains, Ireland's premier musical ambassadors, and has opened for Rod Stewart. Ian has performed at the Myerson Symphony, Bass Performance Hall, and for countless dignitaries and V.I.P.'s. Ian has also appeared on the TV show "Walker, Texas Ranger".
