I grew up in Chicago and started playing when I was just 8yrs old. Bagpipes have always been a true passion for me, and I am delighted to perform for audiences of all sizes. For me, it was a always a natural fit. In the 30 years of performing I've performed with headlining acts to symphonies to events for heads of state. I do have a competition background. To explain this quickly, bagpipers compete against each other in local, national, and global contests. I have performed at the highest levels in both and band solos and have won prizes at all levels.
