Hello, I am Richard Vines, an award winning bagpiper from Southern California. I have been playing for over six years. I've studied playing under some of the current greatest players of our time. I was member and leader of the award winning Glendora High School Pipe Band. I have played numerous events over the years such as weddings, funerals, parties, Veterans and Memorial day events, and more. I take great care when preparing for jobs to ensure the best possible experience.
