CelebrationReviewed on January 9, 2013From Chicago, IL

Group was booked for one hour and only performed for half hour. Very disappointing. Please note the combined talent with singing was really good.

BanquetReviewed on October 25, 2012From Palos Heights, IL

They were delightful - great voices and everyone enjoyed them. They had some very fun song selections "coffee" & "lion king" were favorites, but then sang a few that no one had heard of. Would have like them to involve the audience a bit more and ask for song requests. All in all - excellent!

Birthday Party (Adult)Reviewed on January 16, 2012From Plainfield, IL

I recently had a surprise 70th bday party for my mother and hired Ultrasound for my event. I found them on the internet based on reviews the listening to their sample music on line. Well they were fantastic.... I could go on and on but I think the only thing I need to say is MANY of my friends have asked for their number.... THAT TELLS IT ALL! They made my party a huge success!! I would hire them again in an instant!!! Great job guys!!!!!!!!!! xoxo Sherry

Wedding CeremonyReviewed on December 3, 2011From Evanston, IL

Ultrasound arrived early, and offered to sing in the hallway before the wedding since the guests were all congregating out there. Everyone told us how much they loved the quartet, and how well they did! I would have liked a faster email response when discussing requests, song lists, etc. but they made everything go so smoothly the day of, it was one less thing to worry about, and we loved it!

Community EventReviewed on October 25, 2011From Elk Grove Village, IL

All I can say about this group of talented gentlemen is "Wow!" I am the Volunteer Coordinator for Kenneth Young Center (KYC) in Elk Grove Village. While our community mental health and senior budgets were slashed this year, our 400 volunteers enabled us to sustain many key programs. UltraSound offered to entertain us. After fighting rush-hour traffic and road construction, the "quartet" became a trio (one singer was stuck in a traffic jam). They regrouped and carried on to entertain our volunteer guests. Everyone truly enjoyed the "surprise" of their entertainment, and many compliments were received as to the quality of the singing. THANK YOU, UltraSound!

Cocktail PartyReviewed on October 4, 2010From Lake Forest, IL

Made the party! I asked the group to greet my guests as they arrived. It created such a buzz, and really started the evening with a great ambiance.

Birthday Party (Adult)Reviewed on June 28, 2010From Des Plaines, IL

We hired the barbershop quartet Ultrasound to sing at a family birthday event, a party of about 40 people with an age range of 2-90+. They arrived early, and made the party very special. We enjoyed the range of music they provided. They included a requested number, Lida Rose, and we particularly liked their rendition of the Beatles "When I'm 64" and their closing number "You're too marvelous for words". The performers were friendly and engaging. We recommend them highly.

Birthday Party (Adult)Reviewed on May 24, 2010From Rolling Meadows, IL

Ultrasound showed up on time and even though we weren't quite ready for them (our problems not theirs)were very accomodating in waiting. Also we had to use the spot for them to perform for another table, so they suggested they just roam around the room which worked out really well. They spent a lot of time singing directly to the the birthday girl and geared a number of their songs to the occassion.

Mother's Day PartyReviewed on May 8, 2010From Elgin, IL

UltraSound missed their performance last year and was totally apologetic. They performed for us this year (2011) and they were TOTALLY worth the wait! Folks, this is a great group - their sound is wonderful, they are enjoyable entertainment and I fully recommend them for your next function. Thanks UltraSound - you were the hit of our Mother-Daughter Tea!

:

Dear Cindy: On behalf of UltraSound please accept our sincere apologies. I am so sorry about yesterday. We were all set to show up today (Sunday)because for some unknown reason, I had listed this as a Mother's Day Performance and mixed up the dates. We are very sorry and totally understand your disappointment. Please be assured that this has never happened before and as a gesture of apology, we would like to offer you a free performance. We are willing to do a one-hour performance on a mutally agreed upon date and time sometime before November 30, 2010. So if you have a summer or fall festival coming up of some kind, we hope you will consider accepting this.

Anniversary PartyReviewed on June 23, 2009From Orland Park, IL

The bid was affordable for a family gathering which is one of the reasons I was interested. My parents & siblings were extremely pleased with the performance. Ultrasound was professional, funny,& their songs were all geared for the anniversary. My only comment is that the contract states one hour performance. Ultrasound performed for one-half hour. Maybe they thought that it would take longer to go through their song list. They did sing continuously for the half hour. My other suggestion would be to have a medley of the service anthems. My Dad was a Marine & he loves to hear the Marine anthem. Overall, I was very satisfied.
