Penny brought energy into the room from the beginning of the event, keeping the audience engaged with interaction and participation. She used real life stories and team activities to reinforce the training very effectively. I would definitely recommend Penny for corporate training/events.

My women's organization was very impressed with Penny's presentation. I searched through, perhaps hundreds, of presenter bios and didn't find that intangible "it" that I sought for my group until I found Penny's profile that directed me to her TEDx Talk. It reflected precisely the "engagement factor" I wanted. Penny was proactive in responding, confirming details and even agreed to be flexible with the time when a last minute adjustment arose. Her "story" is fascinating and instructive and her exercises were a catalyst for a few staff mindset breakthroughs! Companion materials are uniquely-designed to keep folks aligned, long-term. Staff commented that she was "exactly the right fit" for our meeting. If you need a pro, she's it!

Penny was great! She helped wake up our attendees up in the morning to kick off our conference. No phones or computers were out, which is rare for a software conference. Everyone was very engaged. She provided practical information that stretches across all industries and job roles. Great interactive session. Penny encouraged the group to work together and discuss their own ways to use the information shared. As an organizer, it could not have been easier to plan and work with Penny before the event. Would definitely recommend.
