I had Don Landgren come and draw pictures for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah luncheon. He did a SUPERB job and my daughter told me that her friends would have been so bored if Don was not there. He drew pictures of some of the adults as well and he is so talented. It is amazing how he was able to capture personalities so perfectly in just a few minutes. He did not even take one break and was busy for the entire 2 1/2 hours. I would highly recommend Don to anyone looking for a professional cartoon drawer. Don played a big role in making our party a huge success!

Don was wonderful with our "family and friends" crowd of kids and adults ranging from age 3 to 80! He communicated well in advance so we were comfortable he would be at our event, he came on time, was incredibly accommodating as the children crowded around him - they were wowed by the idea of caricatures. He sketched many adults as couples and caught the essence of all the faces. All of our guests thought the entertainment was terrific. Thank you Don!

Don was prompt, curtious and easily set up his equipment without any assistance. Children and adults alike enjoyed his caricatures and he was a wonderful addition to our event!

Don was great. His rate was extremely reasonable - and he had a wonderful demeanor with all the children and their parents. My guests loved having a cool color caricature to take home - as opposed to a balloon animal hat. Also, he finished more quickly than anticipated - but he stayed on and drew a good handful of the adults, as well. He also displayed a great sense of humor - keeping the children and adults entertained in multi-faceted ways.

Don did a wonderful job. He kept the kids entertained and loved to joke around. He arrived a little late because of being lost but stayed a little longer than the hour we requested to make sure we had everything we wanted. There were 4 girls at the party and each one not only had pictures of themselves but also two pictures for play--or as Don calls them joke pictures and he finished the night with a family portrait of us. We would highly recommend him for any event.

Don interacted with the children wonderfully. The children continued to laugh throughout the whole time with his pictures and humor. He was professional and talented. My only suggestion would be to clarify the amount of kids and the time it will take to draw them so you have a clear amount that you will be paying for this event before the performer arrives. It can get kind of pricey for a children's birthday party. It was not that Don did not give me the information, it was I did not ask the right questions. Over all I would recommend Don to all! We were very happy with his interaction with the children and our family. We would definately use him again.

On time, courteous, engaging with a large group of 8 years olds for a moving away party for a friend. Took pictures of the characatures to make a memory book for our friend so she has her friends “personalities” when she misses them. Would definitely hire again
