StopBye Food Truck is a family owned business serving Asian (Indonesian) Fusion cuisine. We infuse the flavors of "Spice Island" (Indonesia) into a number of our dishes! We prepare fresh, savory entrees using exotic spices from around the world, especially from Indonesia. Our spices and condiments incorporate local produce and international and local ingredients, such as galangal, turmeric, lemongrass, white pepper and Szechuan peppercorn as well as other regional spices which reflect the travels and work experiences of owners Tom & Justin.
