Rising Joy Band Reviews

With the first note the high professionalism and skill level of this band was apparent. The Rising Joy Band was so good that every person in the audience remained for the entire performance. Children, young adults, middle aged people, and retired folks were in the audience and nobody left. We highly recommend The Rising Joy Band to anyone who is considering hiring a dance band, variety band, or concert band. All the songs, even their original songs were up lifting, toe-tapping, energetic, and well-played. From songs with four-part harmony to others were they let the instruments run, they are simply great!

We were impressed when we expected 5 members and 8 participated with a variety of talents. We especially enjoyed the up beat songs and their knowing some of the contemporary songs as heard on Christian radio stations. They knew very good variety of music and were affordable for our situation. We enjoyed this group very much.

We had a great time at our wedding! Rising Joy were very accommodating with our musical requests and even added a song to their repertoire to play for us. Communication was great, and everything went seamless. Highly recommend!

Nice mix of music. They listened to what we requested. For example, we wanted waltzes and I suggested 4 to choose from. They learned and played all four! The jazz, country, and rock numbers were nice too. Lots of band members took lead solos and all were good. They arrived early and were set up and ready to go. They played for our wedding reception and there was no problem for us to take the mike when needed to address the guests. They had fun and we had fun. I highly recommend Rising Joy Band!!

Absolutely fantastic! A wealth of fund-raiser knowledge. A huge help getting the event ready. And, great music. Everyone had a great time listening to the band.
