New Shoes Band Classic Rock Band from Choctaw, OK

New Shoes is an Oklahoma City based Classic Rock band. Collectively the band has decades of musical history, each member playing with groups across the country. This band is a merging of the members of two long time OKC bands "Legacy" and "Couch Doctors". Playing an eclectic mixture of Classic Rock and Original material, the band is known for it's soaring four part vocal harmonies and for playing covers that few other bands attempt with amazing accuracy to the original artists.. New Shoes primarily plays corporate and private events, outdoor festivals and as an opening act for national artists. They have state-of-the-art sound and lighting equipment sufficient to perform for crowds up to 5,000 or more or can be scaled down to as few as 100 or less. They also offer both “plugged” and “unplugged” performances with material designed for each style of performance. The current configuration of the band has been performing in and around the Oklahoma City and Tulsa areas since 2009. They cover Classic Rock from the 60's through the 80's with a few surprises thrown in from different eras.
