Alberta graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Violin Performance from the Lawrence University Conservatory of Music. She has since worked as a freelance violinist in a variety of venues, performing in everything from weddings to inner city educational outreach programs. She is a core member of the Portland Columbia Symphony and the Newport Symphony. She performs predominantly classical or lite-classical music but is able and happy to accommodate any specific requests. She is available to perform in the Portland metropolitan area.

Alberta was very professional, easy to communicate with via email, and her beautiful playing was the talk of the reception. I highly recommend this talented violinist. She played every song I requested for our wedding ceremony and helped make it a day to remember.

Amazing, amazing professional!! I hired Alberta the week before my best friend's wedding, and she was so prompt in all the communication we maintained through that week. She accommodated a special request for a song that we asked in the last minute. She arrived well before time, and her music added so much beauty to the ceremony. Apart from being a superb musician, she was also a graceful and supportive presence, as we rushed to get setup finished, through some last minute snags. I highly recommend her and would definitely hire her in the future.
