Samuel J. Lawson Classical Guitarist from Indianapolis, IN

Hi, my name is Samuel J. Lawson. I love to combine classical repertoire, historical research, and original repertoire to create experiences for audiences which attempt to go beyond that of traditional concert-style performances. I perform as a soloist as well as with ensembles with my wife, Rebekah Lawson, who is an opera soprano and fantastic jazz vocalist. I play music from classical, Celtic, jazz, and early music genres such as renaissance and baroque. Previous engagements include performances for the Scottish Rite Cathedral, Indiana Society of the Classical Guitar, the Indianapolis Museum of Art, the Basile Theatre, Fishers Renaissance Faire, the Scottish Society of Indianapolis, the Indianapolis Scottish Highland Games, Garfield Park Arts Center, the Fort Wayne Cherry Blossom Festival, the Indianapolis Zoo, Fairview Presbyterian Church, various restaurants in Indianapolis, Carmel and Zionsville and many more.
