Beadhead has been on the Portland music scene since 2003. Beadhead is the perfect band to make your event a success. Beadhead plays your favorites from the 70's, 80's and beyond. We specialize in “Yacht Rock” from artists like The Doobie Bros., Steely Dan, Toto, Fleetwood Mac, Boz Skaggs, Pablo Cruise, and Christopher Cross. The song list is designed to get people dancing. The band features members who have played and recorded with some of the biggest names in the Northwest. Instrumentation includes guitar, keyboards, bass, drums. The band features prominent male and female vocalists as well as three and four part harmonies in our songs. The band can provide a spectrum of song combinations--sometimes concentrating heavily on '80s material or heavily Jimmy Buffett influenced tropical rock. Whatever works for your event. Beadhead has performed for a vast array of private and corporate events as well as on stages for the Hillsboro Tuesday Marketplace, the Forest Heights Concert Series. The band has played the local club circuit including Coyotes, At The Garages, Tigardville Station, Bleachers, the Dublin Pub, and Hart Road Pub.
