We have had a client event once a year for many years. With 250 people in attendance, many guests as they left, said it was the best entertainment we have ever had. He had us laughing non- stop for almost an hour and a half. Brian was very professional. He had his own assistant that handled the sound board. They called to let me know their ETA on the drive to our location. Brian did not do anything to embarrass the volunteers who were hypnotized. I think everyone had a good time.

"Free Your Mind" with Brian David!
"My interest in hypnosis started at the age of 10 years old when I saw a stage hypnotist on TV. As he put people on stage into a trance and then gave instructions, I was amazed at the way he had people doing all sorts of things, acting out suggestions and seemingly having no regard or idea as to what they were doing. This was my initial introduction to hypnosis and I was hooked.
"After my own independent study of the subject and continued interest, what was I going to do with all of this knowledge? For the most part I used self-hypnosis to aid me in business achievement and reaching personal goals but there was something missing. So in early 2003 I contacted the NGH (National Guild of Hypnotists) and signed up for the certification course. I graduated later that year and opened my independent practice in downtown Chicago. I worked with clients for nail biting, smoking cessation, weight loss, overcoming fears and phobias and as my success with these clients became known the word spread.
"As I continued seeing clients I expanded my repertoire, treating clients with chronic pain, sleep problems, headaches and bruxism, or teeth grinding. I also was starting to get referrals from health professionals and was seeing clients with PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) and other traumas, addictive issues and fear of medical or dental treatments. This was very rewarding and in 2004 I was offered a position at the Illinois Masonic Hospital's Integrative Medical department. I was now working with a medical group and after a few demonstrations of the hypnotic state and what could be achieved; patients were being referred to me on a regular basis.
"This was a dream come true and in October 2005, I was the recipient of the prestigious NGH Midwest Mid-America Hypnosis Conference Hypnotist of the Year for introducing hypnosis into a recognized medical facility."
