They were very communicative leading up to the event, arrived on time, and were extremely kind. Our balloon artist didn’t speak English very well and her balloon art took a lot of time; consequently we had children waiting in line over an hour for their turn and some kids who didn’t get to participate due to time constraints. We asked her twice to simplify her designs in order to speed it up, but it didn’t help much.
