Hello and thank you for checking out our band! Boogie Down is a high energy party band out of the greater Atlanta area and features the most professional musicians the city has to offer. All of our players are seasoned, classically trained professional musicians who have decades of experience to ensure that your event music is in great hands. We have the know-how to perform in almost any situation. Whether it is a backyard barbecue or a 5,000 patron festival…..we are comfortable and professional enough to handle anything. Some of our past corporate clients include the Atlanta Braves, Home Depot, Papa Johns, Berry College, The City of Duluth, The City of Dallas, GA, The City of Powder Springs, and The City of Sandy Springs to name a few. We pride ourselves on providing a wide range of music for almost any guest to enjoy. We perform Motown, Rock, Classic Rock, Pop, Country, Americana, Jazz and more. You will hear songs from artists such as The Temptations, Stevie Wonder, Tom Petty, Bruno Mars, Shania Twain, Spice Girls, Lizzo, Dua Lipa and many many more. A little secret…..we also perform as a 90’s band called 90210 Radio so if you like 90’s….we can add a hefty dose of that to our set too! You can find 90210 Radio on The Bash as well. We know that choosing the right band for your event can be stressful, time consuming and quite frankly….difficult. There are so many to choose from and we understand that. We strive to make the booking process as simple as possible. We require a deposit and written agreement to secure the date and everything can be done via email. However, we do like to speak with each client on the phone when possible. Finally….what you see is what you get. There are many acts that send out multiple bands using the same name. We call these “franchise bands”. Rest assured that the players you see will be the players that you get for your event. We will not piece together a band with players that may have never played together. We will also notify you of any personnel change should someone become ill or unavailable.
