Brokedown Streetcar played for a Tulane Graduation party, on the porch of a shotgun house near the campus, where the families of 6 graduating seniors gathered. It rained at the time of the party and we had to change things at the last minute. Not only are the guys from Brokedown Streetcar extremely musically talented, the were accommodating, helpful, affable and just a collective delight to have as THE main event (plus the crawfish) for our party. Grandparents & kids in their 20s danced on the lawn & porch to Nawlins funk and rock n' roll classics. I was thrilled we hired them and would do it again and again and again. Just book them, you'll be happy you did.

Brokedown Streetcar is a great band! I only gave them a general idea of our expectations and they nailed it! Very talented, fun band. Great choice for Jazz! I high recommend them for your next event!

Rob Davis and his bandmates were terrific, and played a major role in making our event a big success. I am happy to wholeheartedly recommend Brokedown Streetcar, who played for our party at Mardi Gras World Plaza (along the Mississippi Riverfront) in April 2018. The other party co-hosts and I were especially pleased that the band was not only a group of wonderful musicians - true professionals - but also that they were willing to accommodate our strong desire for a racially diverse band. In addition, they let us pick the set list (of 30+ songs) from a list of more than 250 songs in their repertoire. They even let one of us get up and sing a song with them. Book them!
