The Radio Surfers are a high-powered, female-fronted cover band playing live music in Columbus, Ohio (and elsewhere!). Lee Ann McBride is the dynamic female vocalist. Three of the four other instrumentalists in the band (Randy, Paul, Mike and Colin) also frequently sing lead and harmony vocals. The Radio Surfers are a five-piece band, with a big vocal sound, stage presence, excellent instrumental capabilities and professional sound/lighting. As the name implies, we cover an impressively broad variety of musical styles… classic rock, soul, new country, pop, dance, funk, new and alternative rock, rockabilly and blues—often as not, all in the same set! We adapt song selections to each venue and what our fans there request... anything to make sure that everyone has a great time. The Radio Surfers are excellent musicians that love to play, and it shows. This band has a successful professional history: many years of performances for audiences of all sizes/types throughout central Ohio. We interact with the crowd, making sure everyone gets involved.
