From the first day we spoke to Cara we new The Soul Sensations would be easy and comfortable to work with. They were prompt in replying to questions, flexible with our special requests, supportive of our ideas, generous with song suggestions for our dances and ceremony music, offered to learn new music for us and graciously accommodated a Brazilian Samba drumming group that we had play for part of the reception. We utilized their very talented musicians for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Each session was wonderful. Their emcee skills were off the charts as well. Thank you Soul Sensations for making our day special, personal and incredible!

The Soul Sensations are a fantastic wedding band. They put together a really energetic set list that had all of our guests dancing like crazy. And they were extremely reliable as well, arriving and setting up early so as to not disrupt our ceremony and showing some flexibility when space was tight under our tent. Would highly recommend!

Soul Sensations made our fundraising event a night to remember. They got the crowd dancing and jumping up and down. I will definitely hire them again. Thank you SS for helping us raise money for families who can not afford to put their kids in summer camps and/or after school programs.

The Soul Sensations were delightful to deal with from the moment we booked them. Very responsive. Worked with my daughter on the songs she wanted played and actually stuck to the list!!! They worked with us and actually provided a part of the band to play at the cocktail hour across the yard from the tent. People thought we had hired 2 bands. The entire night could not have been better. Everyone was on the dance floor including the groom who doesn't dance much. My husband danced more than I have seen in 30 years!

The Soul Sensations brought it down! I'm still getting compliments about the band, 3 weeks following the event. The music was perfect for all ages, but especially great for us 20 and 30 year olds who wanted to dance and sing along for 2.5 hours. They somehow even got my 80-something relatives dancing. I've never seen those relatives dance before!

The Soul Sensations played at our wedding a couple of weeks ago and were amazing! The musical talent was incredible - we have gotten so many compliments from our guests on what a great band they were. They were also really easy to work with. We had a few phone calls with Cara as well as several e-mail communications. She was always very professional and quick to respond to everything. Completely satisfied from the moment I engaged them for my party to the very end. Almost every one of my 140 guests asked where I had found them and raved about the music. We booked the Soul Sensations for our wedding in the Adirondacks. They provided a very reasonable quote in comparison to other bands in the area. They put together a great playlist with a wide variation of songs. They arrived early and were extremely accomodating to last minute changes. The Soul Sensations were the highlight of our wedding. They got everyone on the dance floor, singing and having an awesome time. Our guests are STILL talking about how wonderful the Soul Sensations were. I would absolutely recommend this band to anyone wanting a high-energy, crowd pleasing and extremely professional band for any occasion.

The Soul Sensations performed for our July 10th Wedding in Kennebunkport, Maine. We were thoroughly pleased with their sound,
their talent as instrumentalists, and their professionalism. Both vocalists were spectacular in their performance, they kept our guests
dancing and smiling. One of the hotel guests later told us that the music was so good that it had them dancing in their room. We would

The Soul Sensations rock! They really got our wedding party going right away, and were able to keep our guests on the dance floor until the last song was over. We cannot even remember how many people asked us where we had found this band, and told us that they were just great. Even the photographer, who surely has seen his share of live cover bands, complimented us on our choice!

Their jazz trio was excellent for our 45th high school reunion cocktail party and their full band spectacular following our reunion dinner hour. We danced the night away and everyone had a ball! They are a first class band with very talented musicians and singers.
