The Takers are a Hard Rock/Metal Cover Band that wants to take you back to the stadium rock of those times.. If you're into bands like: The Scorpions, Quiet Riot, AC/DC, Motley Crue, Angel City, Montrose, Metallica, Rage Against The Machine, Judas Priest, Motorhead, etc., you're at the right place. Featuring well known Seattle area vocalist Spencer Knight (of AC/DC Tribute band "Problem Child") fame, and seasoned Bellingham area musicians Ted Cronk (Guitar/Vocals), Chuck Boubille (Bass/Vocals), Randy Ortogero, (Guitar), & Scott Munkres (Drums/Percussion) The Takers are gonna ROCK your venue or event.
Our rate is a sliding scale depending on equipment we need to bring, distance to travel, and amount of time we need to play. We have 3.5 hours of hard rock & danceable music, a full PA and monitors, also a modest amount of lighting that looks pretty awesome!! We're open to all events and are especially interested in playing Seattle, WA and Vancouver, CA area venues, corporate events, parties, and festivals. We travel outside our stated range if the pay can take care of our accommodations & travel expenses.
