Brian “Chico” Joseph was born and raised in New Orleans. He has been performing since the age of twelve, traveling in Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas with his brothers, The Joseph’s. He performed on Bourbon Street for two years in the 80’s. Chico later moved to Atlanta where he played with Blues artists such as Trudy Lynn and Ladamore. In 1999, he started performing with EastCoast Entertainment, where he played drums and sang background vocals, traveling all over the USA. When he decided to start his own band, “Chico & The Band” he was blessed to get some of the greatest musicians and singers in Atlanta, who have performed with artists like: Cameo, Usher, Silk and Toni Braxton, just to name a few.
