James and his lovely wife, Kelli arrived on time. They were nicely dressed in the company t-shirt/company logo, very professional. They set up their equipment with no issues. I provided a program, which they followed correctly. The music was SWEET !!!! Lovely trip down memory lane for myself and guests. They used the provided playlist and added the perfect songs. Overall, I am very pleased. He helped to make my 60th birthday party a success.

They did fine as the DJ, but do not hire them for photography. My pictures were grainy and dark, alot of peoples backs. I should have gotten a video but I recieved 2 discs of the same slideshow.

We were very dissapointed to view our clients overall satisfaction score as we pride ourselves on quality customer service. This score does not reflect the glowing compliments we received from the client and their guests upon completon of the event. In regards to photos provided, we clearly indicated to the client that while we are NOT professional photographers we could provide them with pictures/video of their event as we take pictures of each of our events for promotional purposes. In addition the client rated our service prematurely before receiving the rest of their photos in a seperate mailing as discussed with them via letter and email. We keep our promises.
