Overall it was a really good experience. The DJ was energetic and tried to engage with the audience. The only slight issue is that the game show that we played had a few glitches and did not keep score properly. Despite that I believe that everyone had a fun time.

Sorry about the game glitches Amy! It is official Family Feud software, and we have never had a problem before, but then we only use it 4 or 5 times a year. I'll spend some time testing it before we use it again! Thanks for everything, Dave

Neon Express Entertainment was great to work with for our fundraiser volunteer event! The DJ was very easy to get in touch with prior to the event to go over details, and was prompt in arriving and setting up. He was very willing to learn about our organization and event so he could effectively communicate with the volunteers at the event. He was also very accomodating of requests from attendees. We were very pleased with the way the event turned out, and would definitely use Neon Express Entertainment again.

Dave was very easy to work with and accommodating. It was my first experience hiring a DJ service. We switched the date and location of the party and he was able to do that as well. He even brought a "Jr. DJ" to play some "Teen Friendly Beats", as it was a Sweet 16. The group was very professional, and ready and willing to personalize the music and format to fit the needs of the party. There was a lot of dancing going on, and they LOVED the ability to do Karaoke as well. They were on time, and provided all as they said they would. I really enjoyed working with Dave! Thanks Guys, you helped make the party a success and created some lasting memories!

We had some tough circumstances to play in, low ceilings, lack of microphone as promised by Hotel. Dave went all out to attempt to please everyone, taking ongoing requests, even joining us on the dance floor!. It felt like to me that he was unsure of music, he didn't play a huge variety, I mainly wanted country and there wasn't much country music played. He did do an amazing job when it came to requests and any games we wanted to play.

The song selection was very week - volume of songs was fine but not very many popular artists and even when they did have a popular artist, the songs for that artist weren't the really popular songs. Also there was terrible feedback with their equipment which interfered with singing/listening and lasted for at least half the evening. They were nice people but it was a disappointment.

I am very sorry you were disappointed, but remember we emailed you a complete list of the karaoke songs we have well in advance, and offered to purchase any songs you wanted that were not on the list. The complete list can also be seen on our Gigmasters page under "about" and "song list" As for feedback, that happens when someone with a microphone gets too close to the speaker. This happens sometimes in mobile karaoke situations where the speakers are not mounted overhead to keep them away from the singers. Again, we are very sorry for your disappointment.
