A little bit about Anna Marie. She grew up in a small town in Michigan. She graduated from Western Michigan University where she was a Division I athlete and founder of the Western Michigan University's personal training program. Even though Anna Marie started out in wellness as a movement coach she has quickly grown into an all-inclusive Human Upgrade Coach. Anna Marie spent 10 years as a classroom teacher and has a special connection with school teachers. She is a successful business owner and empowers other local business owners through her women's group and charity work. Anna Marie is a published author, speaker, certified Integrative Nutrition Health coach, certified Human Potential Coach, and certified Worksite Wellness Specialist. Anna Marie created the employee wellness program for the largest high school district in the state of California. She has also been a regular guest on Sunrise 17 an NBC affiliate and her work has been published in local magazines and online.
