Gilbert Rubio (Balloon Artist) and his wife (Face Painter) were amazing!!! The kids loved them, they were early and stayed a bit longer than the allotted time. They even made a special gift for my birthday boy!! I rate them 5/5 and will definitely be hiring them again for future parties!! Thank you so much Grandpa G!!!
