Norman & The Boyz is a talent laden R&B ensemble that has been delighting audiences since 2003.
Norman Boyden (Bassist, Songwriter) formerly with The Project 4 Band and the Kast N Krew Blues Band brings his 50 plus years of music experience to the stage. Anthony Conlon (Keyboard, Trombone, Vocalist) is the heartbeat of the group. His musical expertise combined with his vast network of talented musicians allow our group to be versatile in genre and tune selection. We'll be playing Tower Of Power one week and Otis Redding the next.
ABOUT THE BAND:
Norman Boyden
Graduate of the renowned Franklin High School Jazz Band lead by the infamous Mel Won of Stockton, Norman has been performing as one of the cities premier bass musicians. With over 40 years of musical experience Norman has delighted all that have witnessed his electric performance.
Anthony Conlon
Anthony started performing with Norman Boyden as a trombonist back in 2003. His musical genius allowed him to quickly master the keyboard and is now highly sought after by many popular Northern California bands.
The supporting cast is some of the Central Valley's top musicians which includes:
Javier Carranza - Drums, vocals
Odys Burns - Guitar, vocals
Anthony Conlon - Keyboards, Trombone, vocals.
Our 5-piece ensemble would feature Ms. Collette Burns on lead vocals.

This band is absolutely amazing! A huge hit with all of our guests. They were very professional and entertaining. Despite the weather conditions, they were still able to keep the crowd entertained with their fire vocal skills and funky upbeat music. As the kids say, it was LIT. Would definitely book again. From the day I made the request, Norman was in contact with me to make sure we had all of our ducks in a row. When it came to the day of the event the weather had other plans. We had to move an outdoor event indoors to a much smaller venue. No problem for Norman, they made adjustments with their equipment and showed up in a timely manner and were ready to go. When the event started, the weather changed it's mind again. So many of our guests were outdoors as well, they made sound adjustments so that it was comfortable for folks inside and out. Everyone enjoyed the music. It was fun and upbeat, they interacted with the guests to involve them with the event.Thanks Guys
