In terms of all kinds of my wedding services, this was one of the best customer experience I've had in a long time! I cannot express how pleased I was with the staff and business from the moment I spoke with Katie about the price to the moment I met Rob, our driver! They were incredibly considerate and responsive to all of our party's needs. They had AMAZING communication skills and paid attention to every last detail of our trip. Because of the amazing experience, Classic Limo Bus is the only business I will contact if I ever need this kind of service again. SUPERB!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!! Wonderful service for my daughter's wedding. All of the cars were on-time on the day and he set us up with great drivers. Very nice to deal with on all facets of the event. Thank you for helping make my daughter's wedding so special. Would definitely recommend.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! From start to finish the professionalism on all levels from the office to the drivers. I made a last-minute contact with Classic Limo. They were quite professional, and they quickly accommodated our requests. Definitely a business I'd recommend to others! Our experience was much improved by Classic Limo Bus Inc. provision of clean vehicles.

We had a GREAT time with Classic Limo Bus. Our driver was early and super helpful. The drive was smooth. The price was reasonable and the payment process was simple. Ben was a very helpful contact person and always ready to answer all my many questions. Highly recommend.

Classic Limo Bus Inc provided the most amazing and professional experience!! I would highly recommend to all of my friends and family. Our driver arrived early and was very accommodating to some last minute changes and plans. Ben was AMAZING and very accommodating in sending a variety of quotes and helped to upgrade our vehicle. I am so appreciative of their hard work and my event would not have been the same without them!

I booked a 50 person bus. They showed up to pick us up and they came with a smaller bus and a limo. They said their bus broke down that I paid for. No one called me or told me of this in advance at all. The whole point of a party bus is for everyone to be together. The party had to split up. I do not recommend this company. Completely unprofessional.

It was awful! Back and forth communication with barely an answer. Then, the bus I rented broke down, so we then agreed to a 20 person party bus. TWO hours before the wedding, they called and said they canceled. INSANELY unprofessional. INSANELY unaccountable. I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE. The ONLY good thing about it was the driver. Mr Dave was AWESOME.

Worst company. Do not use. The day before our wedding they canceled due to mechanical problems. Leaving us to scramble to find a company to transport 55 guests from the hotel to the wedding venue. Classic limo was not at all helpful in trying to help us secure another vehicle. AGAIN DO NO USE.

Very horrible experience! Do not book with them ever!! We had planned an office summer event and ordered a party bus two months in advance and they called 5 minutes before our pick up time to tell us they have to cancel. They are not organized and not professional at all. They did not try to accommodate us at all and everyone was very disappointed. Do yourselves a favor and do not book with them.

The customer service was good and they made sure I had transportation on a very busy night but our bus was not the same as the picture I had received and the bus needed some updating.
