The driver was great. However, we were told that there would be a red carpet and a just married sign with our pickup. Neither was provided. Very disappointing since my wife was expecting it.

Thank you for choosing A Touch of Class Limousines for your transportation services. . I greatly apologize that you were not completely satisfied with our services. We do offer Red Carpet Treatment & a Just Married sign. I just reviewed your contract & these items were not listed on your contract. Not everyone wants the extras that we offer. Unless you request these at the time of booking, these items are not added on. We do send you a copy of the contract via email a minimum of 2 times prior to service to ensure that we are in agreement as to the service you are being provided. Again I apologize and appreciate your feedback. Congratulations!
