Day of Coordination & Planning Consultation With me you'll get the perfect combination of exactly what you need to plan your perfect wedding or custom event! From the time we sign our contract I will be there to assist and offer expert insight on your wedding or event planning journey. Then, as your Day of Coordinator I will make sure the whole day goes exactly as planned. This option includes: -Planning consultation from the time we sign the contract through the wedding day.  -Timeline creation, décor checklist, contact list creation, etc. -One venue visit. -Custom floor plan creation. -Assistant coordinator if needed (add'tl cost). -Rehearsal coordination. -Use of my F150 for one time pick up/delivery of wedding items (décor, alcohol, etc.) -Décor rental management: CORT, Suite Buffet Lady or whomever you're renting from.  -Day of wedding coordination, including setup and tear down, no hour restrictions.  Planning Consultation I will answer any questions you have, build your timelines, checklists and help in whatever way I can. -Timeline creation, décor checklist, contact list creation, etc. This will have you setup with the core organizational documents to run a smooth wedding or event.  -Venue visit and custom floor plan creation.  -Hourly consultation as needed.  -If you decide to go ahead with DOC we will discuss a fair credit for the work I had already done. Custom Events As a seasoned event planner I can put together a fantastic party of any kind. If you have a graduation, child's birthday or retirement party to plan, I will take your vision and put it in action.
