Our Month-of Coordination Services include: --Building a complete Preliminary Wedding Day Itinerary, that includes items for your venue, wedding vendors and bridal party. --1 hour intro phone meeting -- we discuss the planning you've done to date and to discuss any details you may have forgotten. --Working with you to help you stay on track for the big day. --Following up with all vendors and venue to review and confirm details for wedding day. --Providing recommendations on any services or items you may have forgotten. --Providing checklists. --Coordinating wedding photo shot list with you. --Coordinating ceremony, cocktail hour and reception music/dj program with you. --1 hour phone meeting -- mid-check point. --Reviewing venue floor plan and make suggestions on how to best execute and support your vision.  --Reviewing checklists and coordinate pick up of necessary items for reception.  --Final phone meeting the week of the wedding to discuss and finalize the wedding day timeline. --Delivering final schedule, the week prior to wedding. --Finalizing vendor schedules and deliveries. --Coordinating your wedding rehearsal, ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.
