I gave the performer the wrong address and they got there 15 minutes late which was my fault. They still stayed until 615 which I really appreciated and I have them an extra tip to cover the gas prices because of the wrong address. The performer did look like elsa which was also great. The only problem we had was the performer didn't seem comfortable engaging We asked the performer if they would dance with the kids (to children's songs). She didn't actually dance or try to pump up the kids at all which made them bored and they went and did other things. I think this performer might just be new so maybe they'll get used to preforming with kids in the future.

I ordered a clown ?? for my grandson party , but once she arrived she said no face painting for children 2 & under .. well my grandson was turning 2 just wish I known that ahead of time , other than that the balloons were fine

I ordered a clown twice once in March once in April the same lady came not dressed as a clown like I requested, in March she told me my balance was 200 when the total was $149 I paid an $80 deposit and the balance was $69 I showed her the email & she said oh okay . In April the same lady showed up 20 mins late then told me that kiddy kingdom cancelled her , I didn’t receive any notification of a cancellation. She again told me my balance was $200 for 15 kids so again I paid an $80 deposit off the quote of $149 my balance was $69 I went on ahead and jus paid her the $200 so I spent $280 for a clown that was unprofessional and wasn’t dressed as a clown
