We had an excellent experience with New Image Limo! Our driver was on time, very professional and extremely accommodating. The limo was beautiful and clean and the driver was very polite and kind to everyone. We used this limo for a prom and we wanted to make sure that no alcohol would be in the limo. The company explained that they have a prom policy and that all of their drivers are trained well on how to follow their policy. This made us feel very comfortable and we appreciated the professionalism of how they handled our concern. We would recommend New Image Limo to everyone and our son was very impressed with what he called the best limo of the night!

The bus we got was dirty - there were cups with leftover drinks in them and more cups missing, Also, while they have a stereo system, they don't have an aux cord to use for it, so we had to try and find our own ( which we finally did). Besides from that they were fine

The limo arrived 10 minutes early, was very happy with the service & the inside of the limo was spotless & stocked with beer, water & pop. Turnoff: the driver mentioned a tip even though I had previously discussed with the company about it being included in the payment. Besides that, I was very pleased.
