OFFERRING A DISCOUNT IN ORDER TO BUILD BASH REVIEWS!!!! Hello! My name is Amy and I am a professional face painter that specializes in unique and custom face art for both children and adults. I would like to give you a little personal information about myself in order to describe how I may stand apart from other face painters that you may come across. I am 41 years old and I am a single mother to an incredible 10 year old little girl. You may notice a reappearing face in my pictures and that is due to her being such an amazing repeat customer! Having a young child myself allows me to be current and familiar with many different requests anywhere from TV characters to superheroes. Along with my face art profession, I am also a full-time paraeducator in a public school specializing in children with special needs. I have been working with children and adults with special needs for over 15 years. My love for children and knowledge and experience with MANY different behaviors and personalities has gained me much success in both professions. My experience with children also helps to create an environment that the children and parents both seem to enjoy (even while waiting in line for their turn!). I also pride myself on my ability to create individualized art for my customers. As long as time is allowed, I can create whatever my customers' can imagine. I favor a party where "no two faces are the same". This is especially important when working with a special needs client. I will take the most random requests and do my best to make it a reality. So, if the poles and flags from Six Flags Great America is what they are envisioning (this has really happened!) then that is exactly what I will create for them. My art is not just for children. I have serviced many adults as well. Whether they are participating while at a children's party or they are an amazing character for Halloween, no creation is off limits. I can do horror, comedy and even beauty makeup. I enjoy the art of face painting so much that it hardly can be deemed "work" for me on most occasions. I can honestly say that the joy on a customer's face when the art is complete and the mirror is lifted brings my heart so much joy.
