Stephanie Gustafson Harpist from Houston, TX

Stephanie Gustafson is well-versed in classical, pop, jazz, folk, and rock repertoire and is committed to using her talents to fit your musical needs. She would love to help assist you in selecting repertoire to custom-fit your event, and will gladly arrange pieces to be performed on harp (special requests are encouraged!). Having played harp at countless weddings, teas, holiday events, and church services to rave reviews since 2000, Stephanie is confident you'll be satisfied with her work. Jointly based in Houston and Baton Rouge, she is Principal Harpist for the Baton Rouge Symphony Orchestra, and performs regularly with orchestras across the south in Houston, Austin, El Paso, and New Orleans. Prior to her appointment with the BRSO, Stephanie resided in Washington DC where she performed frequently at iconic venues like the Dolly Madison House, Smithsonian museums, and the National Cathedral, and was principal Harpist with the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra. Outside of the United States, she has performed on stages around the world, most recently in Santiago, Chile and Gothenburg, Sweden. Stephanie has a masters degree from the Manhattan School of Music and a bachelors degree from the University of Illinois.
