Jim Neal has the dream and desire to touch the lives of all who read his book or hears him speak to become all "all they can be." Jim has an extensive background working with individual sales people encouraging, exhorting, and empowering them to be willing to set aside the security of guaranteed income and to launch into the exciting field of commissioned sales.
Working over three decades with men and women in the field of commissioned sales, Jim observed a few common threads emerging from those who reached outstanding success. It is these threads that he shares in his book, "Ain't Nobody Really Happy at the Bottom...Except Catfish." Through his book and motivational speeches, Jim hopes to reach others in a positive light. His goal is to motivate sales professionals, managers, administrators, couples and the man on the street to be the best version of themselves.
Jim holds two college degrees, one in Business Administration and another in Biblical Studies. Jim is married to his high school sweetheart, a union that has produced 4 children, 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
