Zip Rzeppa

Motivational Speaker from Ellisville, MO - Will travel up to 3000 miles

$1000 - $10000 per event
World-class storyteller Zip Rzeppa delivers emotional, dynamic, humor-filled, motivational, inspirational speeches carefully crafted for his audiences.

As an author, speaker, TV sportscaster, nationally-syndicated radio program host, and servant of those in need, Zip Rzeppa draws on his amazing life experiences with some of the best-known, and little-known, people on the planet. His fascinating journey is totally unique.

He earned his nickname "Zip" by rifling passes as a strong-armed quarterback in the rough, tough, Detroit Catholic High School League.

Told he was "too small, too slow," he went on to play college basketball at Boston University.

Told he was "too ugly," he became an Emmy Award winner and made millions of dollars as America's Wackiest Local TV Sportscaster.

As a young man, he "had it all"---riches, fame, a fabulous home, expensive cars, fine clothes, a beautiful fiancee. Then he lost everything--his TV career, his nationally-syndicated radio show, his money, his cars, his fiancee--and his dad, who was stricken with Alzheimer's.

Brought to his knees, Zip felt a call to serve.

He set out for years doing door-to-door evangelization in crime-ridden, drug-infested, inner city neighborhoods.

He served people with extreme physical and mental disabilities, helping them find employment.

He touched the lives of the poor, the needy, and the suffering, overseeing 3,000 volunteers in 140 parishes.

In an answer to prayer, he raised $700,000 in one month to build homes for foster children.

In order to reach more people, Zip wrote "My Rock & Salvation," a novel for teens about sex, drugs, and rock'n'roll, with a strong message about God's plan for the beauty of human sexuality.

In his acclaimed autobiography, "For A Greater Purpose," Zip documents how he came to know Joe Buck, Howard Stern, and Bill O'Reilly before any of them ever appeared on TV. He relates hilarious stories of covering many of America's greatest sports superstars, and delivers emotional, soul-touching accounts about little-known "heroes" overcoming incredible odds.

Zip's dynamic storytelling style, his authenticity, and conviction never fail to draw laughter and tears as he opens eyes and touches hearts in wide-ranging audiences.

Some of his Zip's favorite speaking experiences include:

Delivering the Keynote Address at the AJ Gallagher Convocation for Chief Financial Officers at the Gaylord Texan Resort in Dallas.

Pouring out his personal testimony at the National Shrine of the Little Flower in Detroit.

Conducting a two-night mission in the mountains of Silver City, New Mexico.

Emceeing the Eucharistic Congress attended by 35,000 people in St. Louis.

Introducing NFL superstar quarterback Kurt Warner at the Mayor's Prayer Breakfast with 4,000 people seated at 400 tables on an NFL playing field.

Whether strolling the stage or pounding the podium, Zip rivets the attention of audiences as he touches their minds and hearts and spirits with message, meaning, and passion.
