Green Ashes 2019 Irish Band from Los Angeles, CA

For 10 years now, LA based Green Ashes have been playing high energy, dance-ready Irish Folk, Celtic Rock and other Traditional Folk. When the mood takes them they might throw in some Americana and Blue Grass fiddle tunes. If the audience has been REALLY good, they just might throw in some Spinal Tap. (NB - Dressing us as Spinal Tap will cost you more!) They may roll in with a completely acoustic set up (guitars, mandolins, banjo's and upright basses) - and on the other hand they might turn it up to 11 and roll in with Stratocasters and Fender Twins blazing. It's up to what YOU want. We play pubs, cafes, weddings, special events, and broken down ancient cruise ships (they played the Queen Mary Irish Festival on 2 consecutive years). In fact, they've played most of the Irish Festivals in Southern California. They've been the band of choice at Irish Times in Culver City. If you want a reference go have a pint there and talk to the locals. They're ready to make 2019 a great 10th Anniversary Year for themselves and everybody else!
